Who we are

Snatch Casino is a duly authorised casino operator that works under the law that applies to it. You play on our casino at your own risk and should keep in mind that gambling can become addictive.

Who can play

We accept adults only. You must be at least 18, or older if the law where you live sets a higher age for online gaming, and finding out the rules that apply to you is up to you. We may ask you to prove your age and can limit access or suspend the account if the age rule is not met. We only take players from countries where online gambling is legal.

Restricted countries

Residents of Australia, China, Curaçao, France, the Netherlands, Saudi Arabia, Thailand, Türkiye, Ukraine, the United Kingdom and the United States, and their territories, may not deposit or play for real money. Players from countries on the FATF lists are also excluded. If this rule is broken, we cannot promise that withdrawals or refunds will go through.

Your account

You need an account before you can place a bet. Fill in every required field with true details and a working email address, because without it we cannot help with a lost password and you cannot move money in or out. Each player may hold one account. Opening extra accounts, or using someone else's, lets us close all of them. Keep your username and password to yourself, and never pass money or accounts to other players.

Deposits

There is no general minimum deposit, but a bonus can set its own. The largest deposit you can make depends on the payment method. We accept Bitcoin, Ethereum, Tron, USDT on ERC-20 and TRC-20, other cryptocurrencies and EUR. Fund your account with your own money only, never with borrowed money. We are not an exchange, we do not convert currencies, and your balance earns no interest. Crypto sent to the wrong network address cannot be recovered by us.

Withdrawals

You withdraw to the method you deposited with. Each request must be between US$25 and US$500, so larger sums go out in several requests, and the usual daily ceiling is US$1,000 unless your personal manager agrees otherwise. Deposited funds have to be played through before a cash-out. Payouts normally take up to 72 hours, depending on the provider. We may check your identity at the first withdrawal or later, may call the phone number on your account, and pay nothing out until the checks are complete.

Bonuses and fair play

Bonus funds in SND count toward wagering on Snatch slot games only, unless a particular offer says otherwise. Instant Win or Crash bets with a winning multiplier below 1.1 do not count. Covering both outcomes, switching games to exploit wagering, speed betting, using bots or working with other players to exploit offers is not allowed and can cost you the bonus, the winnings and the account.

Dormant accounts

An account without a login for six months in a row becomes dormant, and an administrative fee of 5% of the balance or up to US$100, whichever is greater, can then be charged. If an account stays inactive for 48 months, its balance is confiscated.

Complaints

Contact our support team first. If the case is not solved straight away, it moves up within our organisation and we keep you informed. In any dispute, our server logs and records are the final record of what happened.
