What we collect

When you register we ask for your name, email address, postal address, phone number, gender or date of birth, and your username and password. For due diligence we collect photo ID and proof of address, and when you make payments we may ask for bank and money details to confirm where your funds come from. We also record how you use our products, your browsing on our site and the device you use, such as its model, operating system, IP address and browser.

Why we use it

We use your data to run your account and the games you choose, to process payments, to send service messages such as password reminders or notice of a dormant account, and to meet our legal duties. Your playing history helps us suggest games and offers that suit you. We also use data to prevent fraud and breaches of our rules, and to check that players can afford to play.

Marketing

After a deposit we may send you news about bonuses, promotions and tournaments to the contact details in your account. You can stop this at any time for free with the unsubscribe link, by replying STOP to a marketing SMS or by asking us. Opting out never affects your account, and we still send messages about security, payments, verification and safer play.

Who we share it with

We share personal data with service providers that help us run our services and take payments, with partners for verification, affordability and fraud checks, with auditors, and with authorities when the law or a regulator requires it. Information about self-exclusion may be shared with the relevant regulator.

How long we keep it

We keep information only as long as we need it, and for a period after you stop playing to meet legal duties such as anti-money laundering rules or to defend legal claims.

Your rights

You can ask for a copy of your data, have it corrected or erased, restrict or object to its use, take it with you and withdraw consent. These requests are free and go to our Data Protection Officer. We answer within one month, or two months for complex requests with prior notice. If you are not happy with our answer, you can take the matter to the data protection authority in your country.

Security

Our payment providers encrypt card details, and we protect data in transit with SSL encryption. Outside security experts test our systems several times a year, and a monitoring system watches our network around the clock. Tell us straight away if you see activity in your account that you do not recognise.
